Juez fija nueva fecha para audiencia del caso Aristegui

El juez federal Fernando Silva fijó el 12 de mayo a las 10 horas como la nueva fecha para la celebración de la audiencia incidental del caso Aristegui, a partir de la cual definirá si otorga o niega medidas cautelares a la periodista.
En un acuerdo judicial publicado este martes en las listas del juzgado octavo de distrito en materia administrativa a cargo del juez, se menciona que el juzgador requirió tanto a Grupo MVS como a Aristegui que aporten todas las pruebas documentales antes de esa fecha para que no vuelva diferirse la audiencia.
En específico a MVS le pidió que aporte documentos que demuestren los supuestos motivos por los que el juez Silva debe declararse impedido de conocer el caso.
