La invitación a Trump no fue un error, señala Osorio Chong
El secretario de Gobernación, Miguel Ángel Osorio Chong, rechazó que haya sido un error del gobierno federal la invitación a México al candidato republicano a la presidencia de Estados Unidos, Donald Trump.
Dijo que se le invitó ‘‘para sensibilizarlo’’ y lamentó que Trump no entienda las complicaciones que provocan sus posturas, las que no sólo lastiman a México, sino al mundo entero, y que luego de entrevistarse con el presidente Enrique Peña Nieto haya insistido en ellas.
‘‘Veo en sus mensajes nuevamente esa postura, pero creo que el Estado mexicano, el Presidente de la República, actuó para dejar clara la posición de México’’, señaló en entrevista, luego de entregar en la Cámara de Diputados el cuarto Informe de gobierno.

–De ninguna manera –dijo.
