Será en 2020 cuando la SCJN decida si Bonilla se queda 2 o 5 años

Tijuana. “La Suprema Corte siempre resuelve a tiempo”, señaló la ministra Yasmín Esquivel Mossa al ser cuestionada por la prensa sobre la fecha en que el máximo tribunal del país decidirá el periodo de gobierno de Jaime Bonilla Valdez.
Recordó que son seis los recursos de inconstitucionalidad presentados y que el ministro ponente es Fernando Franco González Salas. Estimó que será el próximo año cuando la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN) determine si la llamada Ley Bonilla es constitucional o no.
Esquivel Mossa estuvo en Tijuana para participar en el congreso anual de la Asociación de Magistrados de Tribunales de Justicia Administrativa, que preside Juan Ramiro Robledo, realizada en la facultad de Economía de la UABC.
