Admite Sheinbaum errores en informe policial sobre Tepito

Ciudad de México. Tras la liberación de 27 detenidos en el operativo en Tepito, la jefa de Gobierno, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, admitió que hubo inconsistencias en el informe policial homologado, pero afirmó que las detenciones fueron legales y en flagrancia.
En conferencia de prensa, aseguró que se deberá fortalecer la capacitación de la policía capitalina para mejorar los informes que se presentan ante el Ministerio Público, pero calificó de desafortunada la decisión del juez, porque no tomó en cuenta las pruebas que se aportaron.
“Creo que los jueces deberían analizar de manera integral los casos, ponderar el interés colectivo y revisar todas las evidencias”, expresó.
